Girls trip getaway!
This was one of my most favorite vacations ever!! The Villa is on a private non-congested beach. We were so glad to be in this small authentic surfing village among the locals, everyone was so nice and helpful. Everyday we were here the beach had minimal people, which we loved. We were already looking to book here in the winter and bring our families back with us. If you are looking to relax and not have to be surrounded by crowds of vacationers and concrete this is where you need to be!! Absolutely beautiful scenery!

Awesome condo on Sandy Beach
Right to the point, we have been visiting sandy beach for the past 10 years and this is now our favorite property. Right on the beach, close but not too close to Tamboo and Casa Verde. Great amenities, great lay out. I can't speak highly enough of this property. On this trip there were 5 adults plus our 8 month old and the condo worked perfectly. The master is big enough to accommodate a pack and play and the back yard is well shaded for sun protection. Overall it was a great experience, from booking, to checkin in / out. Everything went well and everyone was very quick to communicate. Great stay!
Just perfect!
Just the view worth the stay. The property has an excellent location right on Sandy Beach. It is very spacious. It has everything you need. Walking distance to Tamboo Tavern, a nice beach restaurant/bar. Ryan, the manager, was very nice. I have been in Rincon many times before but I will definitely return to Sandy Beach Villa. Highly recommended.
